Refund Policy

Non-applicability of the Right of Withdrawal to food products

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206) , and in particular pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter d) , we inform consumers that the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases of food products, perishable products or products which, by their nature, risk deterioration or rapid expiration.

Food products are among the exceptions to the right of withdrawal, as they are subject to rapid alterations and particular storage conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, fresh foods, packaged products with a short-term expiry date, and any other product that, due to its nature, cannot be returned or may suffer a decrease in quality related to storage.

Therefore, pursuant to the Consumer Code, once purchased, such products cannot be returned or refunded, unless they present defects of conformity with the order or have been delivered damaged.

This provision is aimed at ensuring food safety and protecting the health of consumers, avoiding the risk of tampering or poor conservation of products.
